In order to provide some insight to the type of roles available within Fenix the following role levels are provided. Clearly an element of overlap is inherent in terms of responsibilities as is the nature of such service offerings.

Level One:

Title(s): Business Analyst / Technical Analyst / Programmer / Project & Testing Support.

General Description: The roles undertaken within this level are essentially project support activities for particular deliverables within an overall project or initiative. These would include Business Requirements Definition, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Technical Build, Technical and UAT testing and Go-Live Readiness activities.

Level Two:

Title(s): Senior Business Analyst / Senior Technical Analyst / IT Development Manager / Test Manager / PMO Manager / Project Manager.

General Description: The roles undertaken within this level cover a higher degree of responsibility such as sub project deliveries within streams of a complex project or full responsibility for a less complex project. The specific areas are similar to level one but rather than acting in a support mode this level dictates ownership of the deliveries.

Level Three:

Title(s): Senior Project Manager / Program Manager / Senior PMO / Interim Management.

General Description: The roles undertaken within this level cover are again more senior in nature. This is where full project lifecycle ownership is supported from initiation, business planning, staffing, budgeting control through the various phases of a project to production handover and post implementation support. In addition interim management roles are supported within this category.

Level Four:

Title(s): Senior Project Manager / Senior Program Manager / Strategic Consultant / Senior Interim Management.

General Description: This is the highest level of seniority where again full project lifecycle ownership is supported for highly complex and high spend projects. Also within this level is strategic consultancy to the client’s senior management in terms of business visioning, strategy formulation and implementation in line with business aspirations. In addition senior Interim Management is supported in this category.
